Elastomeric Marine Sealant is a premium multi-purpose marine-grade sealing compound designed to replace traditional polyurethane, polysulfide, and silicone sealants in demanding marine and industrial environments. This 88mL non-liquid tube format provides a controlled, paste-style application ideal for precision sealing, repairs, and detailed installation work.
Formulated as a one-part, fast-skinning elastomeric sealant, it delivers exceptional adhesion, strength, and flexibility. It bonds tenaciously to fibreglass, wood, metal, glass, Lexan®, Plexiglass, and a wide range of marine plastics, forming a durable, long-lasting seal capable of withstanding movement, vibration, expansion, and compression.
Unlike liquid variants, this tube formulation is a thicker, non-flowing paste consistency, making it easier to apply on vertical surfaces and in overhead or confined areas where controlled placement is required. It cures within 1–7 days depending on environmental conditions and can be wet sanded and painted once fully cured.
Engineered for harsh marine conditions, it is highly resistant to saltwater, teak cleaners, oil, petrol, and diesel fuel. It is suitable for heavy-duty sealing above or below the waterline, delivering reliable performance in extreme environments.
