Description

Sudbury Elastomeric Marine Sealant | Clear | 295mL Cartridge

Sudbury Elastomeric Marine Sealant is a premium multi-purpose, marine-grade sealant engineered for superior adhesion, flexibility, and long-term durability. Designed as a high-performance alternative to polyurethane, polysulphide, and silicone sealants, it delivers reliable sealing and bonding in demanding marine environments both above and below the waterline.

This advanced one-part elastomeric formula bonds tenaciously to fibreglass, wood, metal, glass, Lexan®, Plexiglass, and a wide range of marine plastics. It features a fast-skinning time of approximately 10 minutes and cures within 1–7 days depending on environmental conditions. Once cured, it can be wet sanded and painted, allowing for a clean, professional finish.

With excellent elasticity and compression performance, the sealant is designed to twist, bend, expand, and compress without failure, making it ideal for areas subject to movement and vibration. It offers strong resistance to saltwater, teak cleaners, oil, petrol, and diesel fuel, ensuring dependable performance in harsh marine conditions.

With a 3-year shelf life and clear finish for discreet sealing applications, Sudbury Elastomeric Sealant is ideal for professional marine construction, repair, and maintenance work.
