LOCTITE SI 5699 is a gasketing product that is resistant to water and glycol, making it suitable for application on flexible flanges, machined or cast surfaces, as well as metal or plastic materials. This flexible silicone sealant cures upon exposure to air moisture, forming a durable rubber gasket.

Primarily intended for sealing flanges with superior oil resistance, it is also suitable for use on rigid flanges such as those found in transmissions and cast metal housings.

It becomes tack-free in just 10 minutes and maintains its water-glycol resistance on various surfaces.
