The Rule Tournament 400 Series Dual-Port Livewell Pump – Angled Thru-Hull, 1100 GPH is built on Rule’s industry-leading reputation for performance, reliability, and smart marine engineering. Designed for serious anglers, this pump delivers powerful, consistent water flow to keep bait and livewells in peak condition.
Installation is quick and flexible thanks to a 360-degree rotatable inlet base and outlet, allowing easy alignment with existing plumbing. The angled thru-hull inlet improves water pickup, while the dual-port design includes an additional ½” threaded, plugged inlet to connect a deck wash pump if required.
The pump features a spring-loaded, easy-grip removable motor cartridge for fast servicing, paired with a rugged glass-filled nylon pickup tube and long-lasting Rule 12 V motor. Supplied with rotatable glass-filled nylon hose barbs, both straight and 90-degree fittings are included to suit different installation layouts.
