The Lewmar® Vertical Anchor Windlass Series (V1, V2 & V3) offers power, reliability, and sleek design for boats ranging from 7m to 14m. Featuring a robust cast 316-grade stainless steel deck unit, these windlasses are engineered for long-lasting performance in tough marine environments.
Each model includes a combination rope/chain gypsy, capable of handling 8mm or 10mm short link chain (model-dependent) and 12–16mm three-strand or 8-plait nylon rope. A built-in Fall Safe anchor lock system prevents accidental anchor release, enhancing safety at sea.
Designed for ease of use, the V-series includes a cone clutch system for smooth free-fall release and a dual-direction worm drive motor. Optional manual recovery is available for power-loss situations.
