Shipping Information

At Australian Boating Supplies, we ship Australia-wide and internationally. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible, using trusted carriers and careful packaging.

Please note: some items may be restricted from shipping due to size, weight, or hazardous material classifications. If you have concerns about a specific product, please contact us before ordering.

Order Confirmation & Dispatch

  • After placing your order online, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  • Most orders are dispatched within 24hours. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you with an updated delivery estimate.
  • We provide tracking information once your order has shipped so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Domestic Shipping Rates (Australia) (Excludes bulky or dangerous goods)

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $12.50

Express / Priority Shipping: Flat rate of $20.00

For bulky, oversized, or restricted goods, we’ll contact to confirm before process with additional charges.

International Shipping

We can ship internationally on request.

Returns & Exchanges

We Stand Behind the Products We Sell

At Australian Boating Supplies, we’re committed to providing premium-quality marine products. If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re here to help make it right.

You can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order — as long as they meet the conditions outlined below.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, please email us at:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled and in original condition
  • All original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories must be included
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • The item is marked as non-returnable (e.g. custom-cut rope, special orders, or clearance items)

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong product or need a different size/model, we’ll do our best to help with a smooth exchange — subject to stock availability.

Exchanges follow the same eligibility conditions as returns.

Shipping Costs

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake
  • We recommend using registered or trackable shipping
  • Insurance is highly recommended — Australian Boating Supplies is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
