FixTech FIX200 is a premium structural silicone sealant specifically engineered for the installation and sealing of acrylic, Perspex®, polycarbonate, and Lexan® windows. Its high-performance neutral cure, low modulus formula provides exceptional flexibility, long-term durability, and outstanding weather resistance, making it ideal for marine, RV, automotive, and construction applications.
Designed for professional glazing and window installations, FIX200 offers excellent adhesion to most substrates without the need for primers. The permanently elastic formula accommodates up to 50% joint movement, helping absorb vibration, expansion, and contraction while maintaining a watertight seal.
The UV-stable black finish remains unaffected by sunlight, ultraviolet exposure, radiation, and extreme temperatures, ensuring a clean, professional appearance for years to come. With an extended 30-minute working time, FIX200 is particularly suited to large window installations and long joint runs.
