The UML UMA8050 Automatic Inflator Capsule is a genuine replacement capsule designed for use with compatible UML automatic inflatable lifejackets. It plays a critical role in ensuring reliable automatic inflation when activated by water.
This capsule is also available as a multi-pack, offering a cost saving for users who need multiple replacements. All UML capsules supplied by RTS are sourced with excellent shelf life, and customers are welcome to enquire prior to purchase to confirm current replace-by dates.

While replace-by dates may extend beyond three years from first use, it is important to follow United Moulders’ official replacement guidelines to maintain safety and compliance.

Recreational Use

Replace every 2 years or by the REPLACE BY date, whichever comes first

Annual lifejacket inspection is recommended

Commercial / Professional Use

Do not exceed the REPLACE BY date within any 12-month period

SOLAS-approved lifejackets must be serviced annually by an authorised service station
