The Marlin 33g CO₂ Gas Cylinder Re-Arming Kit is designed to restore your inflatable lifejacket to full operational condition after deployment. This kit includes a UML Automatic Pro Sensor Elite inflator cartridge and a 33g CO₂ gas cylinder, ensuring reliable performance and safety compliance.
Suitable for compatible Marlin and UML automatic inflatable lifejackets, this re-arming kit allows quick and correct servicing without removing the inflator from the jacket.

Re-Arming Instructions
Step 1:
Unscrew the automatic cartridge by turning it anticlockwise and dispose of it in an environmentally responsible manner. Ensure the housing is clean and dry. Install the new cartridge by turning clockwise and hand-tighten until secure. The bottom indicator must turn fully green.
Step 2:
Remove the pierced CO₂ gas cylinder by turning it anticlockwise and dispose of it responsibly.
Step 3:
If the unit has been manually activated, push the lever back into its slot until it clicks into position.
Step 4:
Check that the black seal inside the inflator (where the CO₂ cylinder sits) is correctly fitted.
Step 5:
Ensure the new CO₂ cylinder cap has not been pierced, then screw it clockwise into the Pro Sensor Elite inflator. Hand-tighten until a firm seal is achieved. The top indicator must turn fully green.
Step 6:
When assembled correctly, both indicator panels will display green.
