We are moving!
Australian Boating Supplies has been at shed F31 for 12 years and now its time to move on to a bigger and better premises!
We are staying within the blue gates of Gold Coast City Marina and moving into shed C17, which is directly opposite our current location. Over the next month Dave, Helen, the ABS team and a number of contractors will be putting in the hard yards and converting the dusty workshop into a beautiful chandlery store ready to open on Monday 27th April.
Our new premises is 10metres longer and includes a partial mezzanine floor and conference space, allowing us to bring our warehouse stock instore, give Dave and Helen proper offices and the girls more display space! Shed C17 also has 4 dedicated customer carparks, located before the boom gates and rear access for customers coming from the water or hardstand.
Over the weekend the demolition has already started with much of the plasterboard, windows and internal doors already removed. Today the stairs which were located in the middle of the shed are being removed.
