Ensure your inflatable PFD is always ready for action with the Re‑Arm Kit Mk5 33 g Green Clip. Designed specifically for UML Mk5 automatic inflators on 150 N / 150 N Level inflatable lifejackets, this kit includes a 33 g CO₂ cylinder, a replacement automatic inflation cartridge, and a green safety clip. Ideal for re-arming your PFD after deployment or replacing expired cartridges, it guarantees reliable, rapid inflation when you need it most. Simple to install and essential for safety, this kit keeps your lifejacket compliant and fully operational.
Instructions for Use:
Step 1. Unscrew the automatic cartridge by turning it anticlockwise and discard it in an environmentally friendly manner. Replace it with the new cartridge which will have the green indicator in place, by turning it clockwise. Tighten up by hand tightly.
Step 2. Remove the pierced CO2 cylinder by turning it anticlockwise and discard it in an environmentally friendly manner.
Step 3. If the unit has been manually activated, push the lever back into its slot and clip the new manual indicator in place.
Step 4. Ensure the black CO2 cylinder is fitted correctly
Step 5. Ensure the CO2 cylinder cap has not been pierced and then screw it clockwise into the UML-5 Inflator. Tighten by hand tightly.
