The Perko In-Hose Flapper Valve (ICV) is a compact, high-performance fuel system safety valve designed to provide anti-siphon protection in marine fuel systems. Unlike traditional in-line valves, Perko’s patented In-Hose Check Valves (ICVs) install directly inside the fuel filler hose, reducing installation complexity and eliminating additional fittings, clamps, and potential leak points.
Designed for use with both plastic and metal fuel tanks, this valve mounts inside standard 38mm (1-1/2") I.D. fill hose near the connection to the fuel tank. The streamlined design allows full fuel flow rates of up to 68 litres per minute while maintaining reliable fuel system protection.
Pressure tested to meet ABYC H-24 requirements, the Perko Flapper Valve provides dependable performance for both petrol and diesel marine fuel systems.
