Gelcoat Repair Filler is a premium lightweight polyester body filler specially crafted for professionals and DIY enthusiasts to mend chips, scratches, and cracks in polyester gelcoats commonly found on fiberglass boats.
Featuring a smooth consistency, Gelcoat Repair Filler is effortless to apply without dripping, even when applied in thick layers. Its viscosity, gelling process, and curing properties are carefully regulated to ensure uniform quality, offering exceptional adhesion, minimal surface tackiness, easy sanding, and seamless blending with surrounding areas. When used with the provided hardener, Gelcoat Repair Filler dries to a white finish.
Please note that it is not recommended for underwater applications unless the surface is properly coated with a suitable topcoat.
